Nicole McStravick

Nicole McStravick is the Office Manager at Dentons Canada LLP. Prior to moving into the HR/Operations field, Nicole spent 14 years as a legal assistant, working primarily in the area of Family Law. She believes that her past administrative experience at various sized firms provides her with valuable insight and perspective, which she is able to apply in her current role.

After completing the Management Certificate Program “Human Resources” Stream through the Sprott School of Business in September of 2018, Nicole obtained her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in June of 2019. She is also an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). Nicole is a member of the Program Advisory Committees for the Law Clerk, Paralegal and Office Administration Programs at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.

She has been a member of the Ottawa Legal Managers Association (OLMA) since its inception and she currently a Director at Large on the board of directors.

Nicole enjoys the challenges and diversity of her position at Dentons and her equally challenging job of raising three daughters.
